Italian people works there what is amazing but unfortunately the music (not Italian) ruin Italian atmosphere. Amazing food, tastes so good... but the portion of pasta was like from Kids menu This place is expensive tho be honest. They adding servis 10% so... no tip then. Today 4 stars but it should be 3.5 for little portion of Carbonara. People form service very nice, professional and helpful!
What a find!!!! We literally stumbled across this place by chance because as usual, we go somewhere and I'm searching for oysters. I called the restaurant to make sure oysters were in stock and there was zero problems with communication and getting through to the venue. We arrived midday and midweek so no reservations were needed. The venue was perfect! Just what I like to be seated in when dining. This restaurant is smart, fresh and clean. The staff members are perfectly dressed and exceptional service. The food was just divine!!! The oysters were so delicious, I had 3 more for my dessert! My partner doesn't really do fish and even went for the seared tuna, which he loved! This place gives San Carlo vibes! THANK YOU SO MUCH for doing an unexpected birthday dessert for my fella. I asked them to sing to him and make it as embarrassing as possible....they delivered haha!!!! We will 100% be making reservations again!!!!
Amazing place to eat at our last night in Sheffield. High quality Italian, fresh pasta, good portions (I had the lasagna which was outstanding and tried some of my family’s equally awesome diavola pizza and truffle carpaccio + calamari antipasto) Impeccable service from Chia and the team. They were very accommodating with our 8-month-old baby, as well. Would definitely recommend.
Had a brilliant dining experience at Piccolino recently — everything from the service to the food was spot on. Fabio and a new member of staff whose name unfortunately has escaped me, took excellent care of us, making sure we felt welcome and well looked after throughout the evening. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly elevated the whole experience. We started with the tomato garlic bread, which was bursting with flavour, and followed it up with the Pollo al Tartufo — rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The cocktails were divine, perfectly mixed and beautifully presented — a real highlight of the night. One dish that deserves a special mention is the 25 layer Wagyu beef lasagna. It wasn’t particularly to my taste due to the pecorino I forgot to ask to be removed, however, the presentation was nothing short of phenomenal — definitely one of the best I’ve seen. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish Italian spot with top-tier service and unforgettable food.
The restaurant is beautiful, very nice interior design and the service is also very nice. But the food is just below average, it looks good, but the taste is definitely not up to standard: first, the starter (Burrata with Caviar), the onion has a very strong favor, which ruin the whole dish. The main (the steak), expensive but very dry, i never had a medium rare steak as dry as this. The money was only spent on the service and environment, food quality is unacceptable in this price.
